About David

David Scruggs is a Developer Technical Specialist for Microsoft, and loves the fact that he can get on betas. He has worked with design, CM, RM, and software engineering tools for years, and enjoys finding the latest new capability. He started with simulation, optimization, robotics and AI, then researched communications and computer engineering.  Following that, he worked at a variety of startups in testing, development, and architecture, and moved into consulting.  He has worked with .NET, Enterprise Java, C++, and a bunch of now "archaic" technologies.  He has BSIE/EE and MSIE/EE degrees from Georgia Tech.
