It seems the application is built on a machine with a higer version of CRT v9.0.30729.6161. So the application is adding the manifest with the version latest on the build machine. However, on the machine where this applicaiton is executed, does not seem to have the same version but rather 9.0.30729.4148. Please make sure you have the same version of CRT assemblies deployed which the applicaiton manifest demands.

same scenario happens with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 Service Pack 1 in another machine.

mfc71.dll upgrade version from 7.103077.0 to 7.10.6119.0 now is 7.10.3077.0 original version was 7.10.6101.0.

I was noticed during the installation of Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Service Package 1, it causes a conflict version of the MFC100.ddl file. Instead of creating version 10.0.40219.325 it remains with 10.0.40219.1.

The KB security update for this is KB2565063? Can someone point me to the right direction as to hwat I need to do? .
