So the application is adding the manifest with the version latest on the build machine. However, on the machine where this applicaiton is executed, does not seem to have the same version but rather 9.0.30729.4148. Please make sure you have the same version of CRT assemblies deployed which the applicaiton manifest demands.&lt;/p&gt;
