Partners are starting to get notifications stating that their demonstration environments are about to expire.  Per the Terms & Conditions of the Partner Demo Offer, this environment “*cannot be upgraded or renewed. This offer is only open to partners in North America and is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.”  So to maintain a CRM Online demonstration environment you should perform the following steps in advance of the expiration date:

• Apply for a new 12 month Partner Demo Environment
• Export all customizations from your expiring demo org
• Setup new demo org
• Import customizations
• Optional: Migrate data from your expiring org to the new org (utilizing a tool such as Scribe or the DMM) or import the CRM Sample Data.
