Cheryl is currently a Technical Support Engineer for the Microsoft Dynamics GP Financials team. She has been in this role since October 2006. She enjoys helping partners and customers to solve issues to keep their businesses moving forward. She has attended Convergence 3 times, where she has enjoyed working at the Helpdesk to offer technical assistance and meeting partners and customers. She currently resides in Fargo, ND.
Dawn Langlie's Bio
Dawn Langlie is a Support Escalation Engineer for the Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer Support team based in Fargo, North Dakota, USA. Dawn started at Great Plains in June of 1999. She started on the Distribution team. She was on this team for five years. Ever since then she has been on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer Support team. She is currently the Extender Product Captain. She currently takes support calls on SDK, Extender, Modifier/VBA, Integration Manager, and eConnect.
Terry Heley's Bio
Terry is an Escalation Engineer on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Escalation Engineer team. Terry is focused on delivering business solutions for customers and partners with a focus around Human Resource and Payroll. During Terry's career with Microsoft she has had the opportunity to train internal and external as well as implementations, escalations, onsite opportunities, customizations and mentor to team members. Terry joined Microsoft in fall of 1999, to help with payroll year and calls and has been obsessed with it ever since.
Pam Peterson’s Bio
Pam Peterson is a Senior Technical Lead on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Distribution Support team. She started with Great Plains in 1994 and has been supporting Project Accounting since about the same time as the Microsoft acquisition in 2001. She earned her certified public accounting license in 1996. She supports the whole distribution series and is the product captain for Inventory and HITB as well as Project. Pam lives in Fargo, ND with her husband, and a (growing too fast!), daughter and son.
Angela Ebensteiner’s Bio
Angela (Eckman) Ebensteiner is a Technical Lead on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Distribution Support team. She started with Great Plains Software in 1996 and has held positions within support on the Financials, Distribution, and Deluxe teams as well as been a Team Lead and Technical Lead. Her focus for the last 10 years has been on the Distribution side including Manufacturing and Project Accounting. She trains engineers on the modules she knows as well as travels on-site to work on implementations, escalations and training customer/partners. Angela lives in Fargo, ND with her husband who also works at Microsoft.
Lynn Mueller’s Bio
Lynn Mueller is a Knowledge Engineer Lead for the Microsoft Dynamics teams. Lynn started with Great Plains in 1995, and held a support position with the Dynamics GP Distribution Support team. She moved to her current role in April of 2006. She works with Knowledge Base articles and other content across all Dynamics product lines. Lynn currently lives in Moorhead, MN with her husband and two sons.

Kelly started at Great Plains in May 1999 and provides technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP Upgrades and Installs, Business Portal, Workflow, Web Services and Business Intelligence Integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Business Portal. Kelly enjoys training Partners and Customers on modules she supports as well as presenting at Convergence. Kelly lives in Fargo, North Dakota with her Fiancé, Ken and four adorable dogs Max, Monty, Spencer and Gunner.
Sarah Purdy’s Bio
Sarah is a Technical Lead on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Environments Support Team. Sarah started at Microsoft in June 2006 and provides technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP Installs and Upgrades, Web Services, Business Portal, Workflow and Business Intelligence Integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Business Portal. Sarah lives in Fargo, North Dakota with her husband, Jared and 2 children, Jada and Bo.
