Just a quick reminder to take advantage of the Second Shot campaign for you certification needs before it expires. This is especially important as we head into the certification changes associated with the Microsoft Partner Network for Microsoft Dynamics in October 2010. You must obtain your exam voucher code, schedule an exam, pay for your exam, and take both the first exam, and (if necessary) your Second Shot retake exam by June 30, 2010.

Here's a quick reminder of the recent changes we made to the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV enhancement plan requirements.
Enrollment in an enhancement plan is essential for customers to have access to the support and training they need as they purchase new functionality and users to expand their business. Beginning June 1, 2010, Microsoft began requiring all Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX (Module Based Licensing and Business Ready Licensing) customers to be enrolled in the Business Ready Enhancement Plan when making additional license purchases, such as additional modules and users.
This policy, which is consistent with our other Microsoft Dynamics products, allows us to extend additional value to our customers through innovative upgrades and updates. Remaining on a Business Ready Enhancement Plan is the right decision for customers to help them drive greater business value to their organization, leading to greater customer satisfaction over time.

Today, we are kicking off Dynamic Business Week, a five-day event hosted by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team. The event consists of a series of interactive online discussions, led by Microsoft executives and CRM industry experts that cover topics ranging from Social CRM, Sales Performance Management, Marketing Management and Customer Service operations. As attendees are watching the pre-recorded sessions, they have an opportunity to network with select speakers as well as one another using both the interactive event platform and through social media like Twitter, using the #dynbizweek hash tag.

In response to partner feedback and an ongoing effort to improve our online experience, we will be conducting usability studies with Microsoft Dynamics partners. This is your chance to give us your feedback on the current redesign, and tell us where there might be pain points today, or what you would like to see in the future. The usability studies we are conducting will take place during the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Washington DC.
