About the Microsoft Dynamics Salary Survey

The Microsoft Dynamics Salary Survey has been conducted for the past 3 years in its current form and receives over 6,000 responses each year. The annual Microsoft Dynamics Salary Survey report is highly revered by Microsoft Dynamics professionals as it provides them with the most in-depth insight into the salaries, opinions and demographics of their counterparts worldwide. This year’s report is to be revealed for the first time at Convergence 2012.

  • Great stuff and thanks!  How will we classify XRM specialist now that CRM is a solutions framework not just a CRM/SFA platform? I would think that that will change the comp outlook.

  • Hi Ray, Martin Sharpe from Nigel Frank should be able to assist with that question based on their data. You can contact him here (breaking down to avoid spam) - m dot sharpe at nigelfrank dot com.

  • I found the survey interesting in that I didn't particularly fit their categories.  I did the best I could to respond according to what seems to be the average rates at which I am currently operating.  Because I run my own consulting business, I have several clients at very different rates depending if I work direct or through a partner and whether it's ad-hoc work vs. a several-month-long project.  The survey works well for those employed full time with a static salary and those who take full time contracts I suppose.
