Peter A. Jensen
I have been with Microsoft since 2002, but I have been with Dynamics even longer, starting out with a Dynamics NAV partner in 1992. I currently lead the Partner Programs team in the US Dynamics organization and look forward to keeping in touch with the US Dynamics Partner Community on this blog.
It’s all coming in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM “Spring Wave” releases. Please join Fred Studer, Microsoft Dynamics General Manager of CRM Product Marketing, as he and his team present an overview of these upcoming releases and show how your customers can create amazing customer experiences with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This three-hour online event will include market positioning plus overviews and demos of the next big movement in Dynamics CRM: brand new out-of-the-box solutions that integrate social listening, marketing and customer care applications with the power of CRM. The session will also cover pricing and licensing for the new releases.
Incorporating both recorded content and live chat-based Q&A with Microsoft Subject Matter Experts, the Dynamics CRM Spring Wave Readiness Blitz will be offered at two different times to offer attendance options convenient for your schedule. Microsoft Dynamics partners and Microsoft field are both invited to participate, and we encourage field and partners to watch the events together (send us photos of your viewing party!).
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about the Microsoft Dynamics CRM “Spring Wave” release.

Microsoft Dynamics ERP SMB Integrated Marketing & Sales Workshop
4/8-4/10 | Chicago, IL (Downers Grove office)
This 2.5 day workshop is an immersive experience in building a marketing and sales approach for reaching and engaging customers in SMB markets. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the buying psychology motivating today’s prospective buyers, and how—by offering high-value prospective customer experiences and aligned sales engagement—they can accelerate sales results. To gain maximum impact, partners are asked to send resources from both their marketing and sales teams to the workshop – including individuals from both leadership and execution roles. During the course of the workshop, these teams will work both in tandem and in individual functional tracks to build out a library of strategic marketing and sales assets (tools) customized to your business which can be immediately leveraged by your teams when they return to the office.
NOTE: This is a required course for partners in the R2R programs.
