I wanted to see if there was a way to publish the progress of ongoing manual test results, unfortunately, this is not supported in V1 however some advice from the dev team on what is possible:

"The closest approximation for this version is as follows:

• Make sure all of the tests have been run and published at least once so that the TFS server knows about them.
• Break up your manual tests into groups and run each group as a test run.
• As each test run completes, publish it against a consistent build.
• The test manager can now look a the number of tests published against the build and calculate how many are remaining. "
