My title for this article (with no character limits imposed) would have probably been "Microsoft Plays to all Developers, Testers, Architects, Managers, DBA's, etc..." since for me that's what VSTS is really all about - being a customizable set of tools that bring together all the key stakeholders on the enterprise software development team in a standard way.
