Issue:

When trying to create and configure more than 3 new users in a CRM - Windows Live based organization (CTP), you may encounter the following notification message: "You have reached your set up limit for the day”.

Cause:

This issue is caused by the limitation existing on the CTP (Commerce Transaction Platform) - Windows Live ID platform:  if you are currently running CRM Online using Windows Live IDs for your users, the chances are that you have run into the issue where you can’t create more than 3 Windows Live IDs per day using the same IP address.

Workaround:

Simply complete the IP Whitelisting Form (https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlidipexc&ct=eformts&st=1&wfxredirect=1) with as many details as possible, and your request will be automatically submitted to our Windows Live ID escalations team.

Note:

This exception is only valid for IP address/range and cannot be done on a domain name.
