For phase 2 of the TM Forum Dynamic Content Delivery WAVES Catalyst the team will be utilizing the Silverlight Analytics Framework. The Silverlight Analytics Framework will be used within the WAVES Catalyst to demonstrate how catalog offers can be dynamically altered based upon past user behavior. It will also be utilized to enhance Revenue Assurance associated with content delivery, advertising delivery and well as proactively helping to select content mostly likely to appeal to the individual consumer.
