Haju,

As a general rule the consuming teams own publishing their support for a new version of SQL Server, and in general this happens in a servicing release (Hotfix, ServicePack etc)

Then either there is a problem with the site or your MSDN subscription is not of the right level. Either way try again and if it still fails contact MSDN Support
