Yesterday I posted that I had just put up my first Silverlight video using Silverlight Streaming. What I didn't note was that I used a plug-in that makes it possible to post directly from Expression Encoder! The plug-in download page has install details, but you'll need to have Expression Encoder installed first. You can down load a 60 day preview, or purchase Expression Media on-line (includes Expression Encoder).

I really think this is one of more interesting product pieces we have released recently. The Expression Encoder product is excellent (check out the A/B preview, ability to create custom players (Silverlight Templates), watermarks, pre-roll and post-roll video editing) and includes the ability to live input. There is a demo video showing this functionality, but in short it allows you to plug-in a couple of cameras to your PC and switch between them and record at the same time. Very easy to learn too.
