&lt;p&gt; I was just wondering What is the commercialization criteria to use AVCHD ? can it be sold or licensed etc?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Also if you could let me know what would be advantage and limitation of this format. &amp;nbsp;For an instance i found AC3 (audio codecs) and H.264 (video codec) pros &amp;amp; cons in blog at &lt;/p&gt;
