Everyone is busy these days. Right from my neighbor who is too busy to paint his grandson's bike when Nadal is out beating Federer ris convincingly on the red clay for the 4th time in a row to several of my fellow product managers who have to postpone eating their lunches in favor of processing their emails. Everyone is busy. And yet when I talk to my CTO with a full calendar and overflowing emailbox about if he had the time to chat about career advice, the answer is always Yes! He didnt find time - he made it.

Each and everytime I talk about Project Firenze to anyone - the implicit assumption has been that, that is my fulltime job. Au contraire - it is not even my part time job, but a passionate sandbox that gives as much as you put in. What I call a passionate sandbox, MBA Students would call leadership experiences, university career advisors label creative recruiting. My mom in her way of simplifying the world calls karma.

As vague (and short) as this epilogue is - the story of Project Firenze is best left to unfold by the various people who have been through it. Most of them are visible on this short video here. (needs Silverlight)
