Team Zen Tech Partners Kill some trees to make a wall of strategy.... and then realize that they might as well have used Office 2007 instead. Yes, they are a PC :)

"Now that we've sent in our slides, we're happy to give everyone the lowdown!
We were excited to have an opportunity to work with an IT consulting case.  The rest of the team is:

• Daniel Fridzon: Zenlike Master of Microsoft Consulting Practices (think MS Dynamics)
• Wei Chih "Vicky" Hsu: Our Silicon Valley Hardware Marketing Whiz
• Robert (see above)
• and myself, Mark Prince, former webmaster, tech writer, trainer, SE, and all-around nifty guy.

From the beginning, it didn't take a lot to get us talking about the case.  In fact, we enjoyed talking about it so much at first that it was hard to get to the active research and tackling the individual portions of it.  (Shame on you, next time give us something more painful... like competitive analysis for MS Paint!)  Luckily, on Sunday we settled in and had a marathon session, where we built the wall of paper (see the pictures Robert sent you in the previous email).  That day we had a watershed moment.  We realize that we have the appetite, aptitude, attitude to push Microsoft in the right direction.

We came to a conclusion (front-end loaded in our slides) that should help shape MS for the next 30 years. MS needs a makeover, and we're the team to do it.... hrm... I must be suffering from a heavy dose of subliminals from doing my stats homework on the couch while my wife watches "What Not To Wear"."
