  • Microsoft has just released the "Issue Tracker Starter Kit". This joins many other great starter kits over at ASP.NET. Starter Kits are basically everything you need to do a project, though you'll need to do the customization. It's a lot like buying off-the-shelf software and needing to customize it to suit your needs. They follow Microsoft best practices, are documented and are supported by the very large ASP.NET community.
