It's the OEM with that 1.5million battery recall, and they make that copycat MP3 player.

Hey, it's the BMW of laptops :) They swapped my battery within 48 hours of me filling in the recall form on the web, which is more than I can say for the dozen laptops at work from another hardware manufacturer, whose batteries are also being recalled :P When I'm feeling a bit braver I'm going to put the Vista beta on it.
