After some project prioritization, WACA is being postponed for a few weeks. As you can imagine, this screws up our sprint planning meeting that was completed. WACA was fully planned and we were ready to kick off Sprint 1. These other projects should last “just a few weeks”. Since I’m the PM on these projects, I’ll keep it to a few weeks. :-)  I’m still working with the developers to get some of our burn down list from WACA completed in their “spare” time. The approach we’ll take is that we’ll do a quick re-planning meeting to reset the team, then drive forward. While this impacts us, it shouldn’t be huge.
