Quick refresher as this still comes up a lot:

  1. Where can I get a token for Windows Azure?
  2. How do I redeem a token once I have one?
    • Go to the Windows Azure portal on http://windows.azure.com
    • Sign in using the Windows Live ID with which you want to redeem the token – Be mindful that the token is single usage, it will remain mapped to this account forever
    • Go to the Account tab on the Windows Azure portal
    • Click on Manage My Tokens
    • Paste or type your token in the box labeled Resource Token ID
    • Click on the button Claim Token
