"Likely the best free MS technology that you’re not using today…shame on you!" -- Jim has a great way of driving home a point :) I first met Jim at our Financial Developer's Conference in April 2007 (P.S. our next event is on March 12-13, 2008 - more information coming soon). His team has done an amazing job at keeping internal and external customers happy with their amazing work product. I recently caught up with Jim's team and it was a very valuable learning experience on how a dedicated (and small) team is able to accomplish fantastic, measurable results. Kudos!
