  • Are you going to donate F# to the .NET Foundation like the other technologies that were contributed this year, e.g., C# and VB Compiler Framework?

Why do we need to have multiple foundations? F# Foundation, .NET Foundation, MS Open Tech, etc.

[ Reply: F# as a language has its own foundation and is independent, see http://fsharp.org, This blog concerns the Visual F# Tools, the professional, supported product from Microsoft. Please join and contribute to the F# Software Foundation if you would like to discuss that organization. ]
