I'm very excited to be able to announce two new upcoming Code Camps, both in Pennsylvania!

First up, on December 3rd, will be the Central Penn .net User Group's Winter 2005 Code Camp, to be held in Harrisburg, PA. From their site:

On Saturday, December 3, the Central Penn .NET Users Group is hosting a Code Camp at the convention center at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) in Harrisburg, PA.  This is an all-day geek event, and we are looking for presenters who are knowledgeable in Visual Studio, SQL Server, architecture, and IT Pro related to .NET.  Click on our Code Camp page for more information.

If you are interested in presenting at Code Camp, send an email to jcalla@pnat.com.

See the instructions on the right side of the code camp page for how to register for this event.

The following week, on December 10th, will be the Pittsburgh Code Camp, which will be held at the Department of Computer Science at University of Pennsylvania at Sennott Square. Additional details, as well as the registration link, can be found on their website.

Like the upcoming SouthEast Virginia Code Camp in Norfolk, VA, these code camps are being planned and run by the developer community, for the developer community. It's really exciting to see folks stepping up to plan and execute events like this, and I'm sure everyone who attends will get a lot out of them, so spread the word!
