Aaron Skonnard is a cofounder of Pluralsight where he focuses on service-oriented architecture (SOA), XML, and Web services technologies. Aaron frequently consults with companies, ranging from small businesses to the largest enterprises, on how to approach a realistic service-oriented architecture using these technologies. Aaron frequently speaks at developer conferences, including the Microsoft Professional Developers Conference (PDC), TechEd, and VSLive! to name a few, and he is on the advisory board for the Utah .NET User Group where he contributes locally. Microsoft recognizes Aaron as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for his contributions to the developer community. Aaron has also written numerous books, articles, and white papers, including the Essential XML Quick Reference (Addison Wesley, 2001), Essential XML (Addison Wesley, 2000), and his popular XML column, "The XML Files," in MSDN Magazine. He currently writes the "Service Station" column in MSDN Magazine in conjunction with his blog of the same name.
