It finally turned up eh Gerry. Good to see it on time
Yep, finally. :-)
When might the Visual Studio 2008 examinations start coming out?
When is the Mojave beta coming out? :)
Has anyone tried to register ? In my case the promotional code doesn't work.
I tried to register on the prometric website:
Exam Name: TS: MS .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Forms Applications Dev
Client/Exam Number: Microsoft 071-505
When I enter the promotion code I get the message
"Discount is not offered for this Client." I'm in the UK.
Ouch! I realize it now, the registratione begins today. Sorry, I will try in the following days.
Promotional code not working for me either. As registration begins today, I'd expect it to be working today.
In my case the promotional code doesn't work too. Has anyone achieved to register?
Which exams are you looking for? Most of the Visual Studio 2008 exams are now live with a couple of the Pro exams in beta.
Can you be more specific as to what you are looking for please?
For all regarding the promo code, please remember the date that registration opens and allow time for the systems to propogate the information.
"allow time for the systems to propogate..." That's 2008-11-21 23:05 night time in Hong Kong, and the promotion code is still not working. That's time zone difference, right?
"Beta exam period runs: November 25, 2008– December 15, 2008"
Is it US time? If I successfully register the exam at Hong Kong on NOV 25, 2008, will the exam start for me? Or, do I need to "allow time for the systems to propogate" at the test center on that date?
Sorry Paul, it may be too early in the morning for me here but your post makes absolutely no sense to me.
Registration starts on the date indicated in the invitation, November 21, 2008. That should equate to local times.
If you successfully register for the exam on Nov. 25, 2008, it will not start for you. You will have to visit the testing center on he date you registered the exam for.
