I wonder is there any way to automate the feature of "Schema Compare" of VSDB in VS2008? My particular goal is to compare on daily basis schema at development db server and schema in team foundation server and to apply change if needed and generate migration scripts as daily build.

Regards,

I just found out the hard way that VS 2008 DB Edition won't open any 2005 BIDS projects!!!!!!

I have a SOLUTION that has several different project type (including ssis projects) and I can no longer edit/design my BI projects.

So basically, we can't benefit from the fixes unless we upgrade to sql server 2008 (which isn't even released yet)!!!!

WTF!
