If you are using WSE 3.0 and MTOM and was wondering why the client code is not streaming the request...you are not alone. A bug in WSE 3.0 was preventing the client from doing streaming with MTOM. We have this fixed and a QFE has been released. As all QFE's go, you have to contact customer support to get it. :-)
