@Allan - If you are affected by the data corruption issue (that SQL 2008 RTM CU7 addresses), my recommendation is that you upgrade to SQL 2008 R2 SP1 CU4, since that includes the fix along with others.

Shouldn't the article be updated to include CU#7 for SQL Server 2008 R2? support.microsoft.com/.../KBHotfix.aspx

Do you plan to update this for CU2 that just came out? Also it would seem some items need to be installed on build agents vs build controllers could you delineate those groups? Last thing add test controllers. This is a handy guide thanks.

@Matt - Thanks for the comment, glad you found the page useful.

RE: SQL Cumulative Updates. I updated the page with a note. The SQL team recommends that you only install Cumulative Updates if they address a specific issue that is impacting you. This is because they don't receive the same rigour of testing as a full Service Pack.
