From 5:30 - 6:00 they have a beginner's session on the .NET IDE. After pizza, from 6:30 - 7:30 they have a drill down into ADO.NET by Hilary Cotter. Hilary is a SQL Server MVP who co-founded IISFAQ. Hilary's also working on a couple of books: “Real World Microsoft Indexing Service and Search Servers” and “A Guide SQL Server 2000 Transactional and Snapshot Replication.”

Hilary will cover: The Evolution of Microsoft Data Access Technologies; Data Access with SQL Server; Data Access with Other Providers; Getting Connected/Connection Object; Command Object; DataReader; DataAdapter; DataTable; DataSet; DataView; XML.
