About Greg Willis

I'm a strategic technical advisor and enterprise architect with over 20 years commercial experience in the digital media, IT, telecoms and finance industries.  I joined Microsoft Australia in 2004.

My professional profile and personal contact information can be found on LinkedIn at: http://www.linkedin.com/in/gwillis.   My personal website is at http://www.leanslate.com

My prior experience includes architecting high-traffic (and in other cases high-hype) web sites in the halcyon days of Web 1.0 before the web world generally worried about such trivial matters as business models and revenue.

My focus is now on emerging technologies and the adoption of cloud platforms - specifically their role in extending enterprise and ISV architecture.  I also have an on-going fascination with digital media and rich user experiences consumed across multiple devices.

Little known fact:  In the Marvel universe I am apparently able to manipulate gravity.
