I am attending the Microsoft Financial Services Developer Forum and I just got out of the Banking track keynote with Marley Gray, the Chief Technical strategist in Banking for Microsoft. He did a great demo showing the power of Silverlight 2 and the Woodgrove financial. This demo was put together by Microsoft and a lot of heaving lifting from Infusion Development. Infusion is a great Microsoft partner that I have personally worked with and have a high regard for.
The best thing about this demo is that the source code is available for download!!! at the http://financialdeveloper.com/ web site.

Here is the thumb nail schetch of the demo:
What Is the Silverlight Retail Financial Services Demo?
The Silverlight Retail Financial Services Demo shows off immersive banking and brokerage experiences that can be delivered by the new Microsoft Silverlight 2 Platform. These immersive experiences are cross platform (Windows, Mac) and cross browser (I.E., Safari and Firefox) and can be targeted at both the consumer online experience as well as the institution’s sellers in the branch.
The Silverlight Retail Financial Services Demo provides:
* New ways of quickly getting a 360 degree view of a customer’s relationship with the institution including aggregated information from things like 401K and 529 plans.
* New ways of modeling in a visual way existing products like mortgage and bill pay that allow cause and effect to be show graphically rather than in static 2-d spreadsheet formats.
* New ways to model new offerings like a home equity line of credit.
* Integration of Live Earth, Automated Service Agents, etc.
* New ways at viewing aggregated information like investments and 401K.
* New ways to model retirement and college savings.
