To the point that calling one of my ex-boyfriends sounds like a good idea. No booze required. Working from home is one thing. That is great. Hope you aren't stuck at the airport, Bryan. Otherwise, it sounds like not too bad of a situation having a couple more days of relatively warm weather. It's 30 degrees in Redmond roght now so I am hoping for some good melting today!

My friend lives on a steep hill in capital hill and he is seeing people go by on skiis, snow mobiles, ect.

I'm stuck in San Diego after a family visit and the flights are cancelled.

re: My love is fleeting.

Not weather induced but unexpected nonetheless. I'm bummed but hey could've been worse. If I had a shovel I would totally go outside and work on some snow, would be great exercise!

re: My love is fleeting.

mrscrooge - oh no! I hope it wasn't a weather induced breakup!

I wish there was somewhere good to walk to here that isn't on the bottom of the hill. I could totally slide down the hill but not sure how I would get back up.

Glad its ok where you live, I've heard of a few eastside houses getting slightly damaged (skylights and stuff). Hope you have some fun hanging with the neighbors. I've been going nuts at home myself - speaking of ex boyfriends, I just turned into one just this week hah. Anyhow, I've been trudging it over to cap hill and downtown for the past few days so its been good exercise and an excuse to get out.

re: My love is fleeting.

Haha...Kinsey! I would give you an earful and find a way for it to be your fault ;) I'm a little jealous of the snow plow. I think that now is the time for me to get a snow shovel (I know...I shold have already had one). You guys are the pros when it comes to the snow stuff. So if you have any words of wisdom, now is the time to share!

They thought we were going to have power outages last night due to wind storms. But I was happy to wake up and see the electricity still on. So I am a happy girl today!

I'm seeing a huge business opportunity for snowp plow trucks.

Good luck de-funking Heather and remember, you'll miss the snow when it's gone.

re: My love is fleeting.

Phil - yeah, I have a standing invitation at the neighbors : ) I ventured out to the grocery store today.
