6/6/2007 afholdes der en dags workshop i software entrepreneurship. Efter workshoppen vil deltagerne være i stand til selv at inddrage Software Entrepreneurship materialet i undervisningen. Workshoppen er rettet mod de videregående uddannelser og kan tilpasses efter behov. Materiale t udleveres og kan frit anvendes i undervisningen. Jeg har vedhæftet første kapitel således du kan danne dig et indblik i hvordan materialet er struktureret.

Topic 0: Introduction - The Software Entrepreneur in You
- Our core issues, what is software business management, what is entrepreneurship and who are entrepreneurs?
Topic 1: Creativity and Innovation
- discuss the nature of creativity and innovation and their role in entrepreneurship
- describe the steps in the creative process
- explain how entrepreneurs can enhance their own creativity
- identify the four major types of innovation
- discuss some of the sources of innovation for entrepreneurs
- identify some of the major myths and discuss the principles of innovation.
Topic 2: The Environment and Its Analysis
- Understand the relationship between your role as a strategic leader and your understanding of the environment
- Identify the components of a firm's environment
- Discuss the effectiveness of your firm in managing, monitoring and responding to its environment, and list Porter's five forces
- Evaluate your firm's position in its market within the context of Porter's framework and explain the implications to your firm of its position visa vis Porter's framework
- Define critical thinking and explain how group think and marketing myopia can adversely impact upon your business, and
- Undertake exploratory research using focus groups and in-depth interviews.
Topic 3: Indentifying Market Opportunities

- describe the roles of the entrepreneurial strategist
