I did an experiment in social media at HIMSS USA this year. It didn’t work out as I thought it would. I had planned to ‘cast and blog the entire time (I even tried to twitter) but I found that one key thing you need is an internet connection. You also need time.
Well DUH! Anyone with 2 brain cells could tell you that.

The last one is easy – at HIMSS I could keep writing (and recording) every minute – I have over 15 videos on academy mobile and a heap of blog posts.
Time is a bit more interesting.
