After a very busy start to the new FY, I'm pleased to welcome you to my new blog.  Watch this space for UC market updates, MSFT UC product info, and news and events we've been delivering around Australia.  If there are any specific themes you'd like to cover please also let me know.  I'll be back shortly with more topical posts but wanted to be sure you knew we are now live.

If we haven't met, I'm Harold Melnick and my role at Microsoft is managing Unified Communications for Microsoft Australia.  I previously worked at Telstra and prior to that for Vodafone in Australia.  And prior to that, for Microsoft in the USA and Europe.  I've been in the IT business for quite a few years and my passion is around marketing the UC technologies - so this is a perfect place to be!
