It's official: OSI approved Ms-Pl and Ms-Rl, after Microsoft submitted those on August 10th. No more doubts! Code released under Ms-Pl or Ms-Ri are finally considered as adhering to the OSD.

These are great news. In my point of view, this is the turn of a page in history and a sign that Microsoft is trying  to take a constructive path with the Open Source community.
