Some of my searches takes me directly to a website instead of showing the search result in Google. How do I turn this off?? For example searching for "internet explorer" takes me directly to www.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx (I live in Denmark).

If you don't know why your proxy settings are set that way, you should switch them back to "No proxy" and scan your computer for malware. Other than web debugging software and perhaps old "web accelerator" software, the most common reason that a proxy setting is set to 127.0.0.1 (your own computer) is because malware is installed on your computer.
