Is there a way to set a rule (Action, Formatting, etc) for an entire section? Example, make all fields required within a section.

I've noticed that sometimes my layout tables have broken and controls in the lower part of the form now appear in the background. It only ever happens after saving and closing the doc, I notice when I reopen that this breakage has occurred. It seems intermittent and I don't want to rule out an error on my part but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

It worked for me. I used my secondary data source instead of "person" and I used "." (current field value) instead of "my:email". Thanks

Thats all very well, but when the certificate expires, submitted forms are no longer viewable until the underlying template is republished with a valid certificate.

We have recently made some minor changes to one of our InfoPath templates that uses Digital Signatures and upgraded the Forms library in SharePoint that already had a number of forms there. We now get the following warning "This form is digitally signed, but was created with an older version of the form template. This form will be upgraded to work with the new template, but this may remove its signatures. Do you want to view the signatures before upgrading?" whenever we try to open one of the existing forms (i.e. ones that existed prior to the template upgrade). If we proceed it invalidates the signatures stored in these existing forms. Can anyone suggest a solution?

I guess that I am a dummy, but I just can't see how to set the value of a query field that I want to use for a filter. I have a simple parent/child pair of sharepoint lists. The main list of the form is the parent. The parent key is a lookup field in the child list. How do I get the parent key value into the query field of the child list???

When relinking all documnets in a form library the template URL is calculated to:

http://root/FormServerTemplates/form.xsn

However the form is actually located at:

http://root/sites/site/FormServerTemplates/form.xsn

How does SharePoint determint the Template liink path? How do I ensure the proper path is used?
