I was recently leafing through an inflight magazine and came across a piece on what's it and what's not. It caught my attention because some of the things I considered 'in' were supposedly 'out'. Just shows how current I am:-)
So 'Organic' food is in right? Wrong - 'local' food is in. I recently understood what this means when I went to PCC to buy fresh Asparagus - I was told that this was as fresh as it could get since it was grown in Yakima (just a few hrs from Seattle).
So workout's are also in right? Wrong - what's in is 'natural fitness' ie you don't / shouldn't have to go to a gym to wotk out; instead it should be part of your daily routine.
Time to get that bike out of the Garage and pedal to work.
