Strangely no mention in the documentation that the ROM update contains Direct Push... only that Blackberry connect isn't available ;) It does however contain the AKU 2.0 update and Direct Push. If you have an MDA Vario you can download the UK update...

Today a customer asked how they could remap some of the buttons beyond the one's you are able to in the Buttons option in Control Panel. They actually wanted to remap the phone keys. One of our Engineers found this application which looks very useful...

I had a customer ask me whether Direct Push works on email subfolders. The short answer is YES. You do however have to have the folder you want to have email pushed to set as a Sync'd folder using Tools.. Manager Folders on the device. The confusing...

One of my customers raised an interesting question. They wanted to play WAV files from their Voicemail system... and it wouldn't. The reason is - we don't support WAV files on Windows Mobile Media Player 10. (See 5.3 at) http://www.microsoft.com...
