Previously you had to register on the HTC E-Club to get access to ROM updates for your device. HTC has now moved the ROM Updates for devices to their Support site so you can download them a lot more easily! So if you want to find the latest ROM for your device - just go HERE

Samsung have just released an updated ROM for their i900 device which can be installed either via XP or Vista. There isn't too much detail on what it updates (it states new functionalities and bug fixes...) The download is only there for Singapore but not sure if anyone has tried it on other country...
