I am currently a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) in the Dedicated Support Engineering (DSE) group. My group services Microsoft Premier customers who have a Dedicated support agreement, which tend to be largest corporations as you might imagine. The team I am currently on is probably the best team I've been on at Microsoft, in terms of brain power and personality.
I currently primarily support SharePoint 2003 (but who uses this anymore? <g>), SharePoint Server 2007, as well as Internet related technologies, including IIS, .NET (ASP.NET and C#/VB winforms, etc.). I would love to say this doesn't include COM+, Web Services, and other relative technologies, but, alas, it's hard to support anything Internet related these days without these things in the mix.
My previous jobs at Microsoft include being an IIS CPR (Critical Problem Resolution) Escalation Engineer, Windows CE CPR Escalation Engineer, and Platforms (Windows XP, 2000, NT, and Win9x) CPR Escalation Engineer., which have offered me a huge range of experience over the years. I have been with Microsoft for almost 16 years, and every day has been a blessing. Thank you for visiting my blog.
