Hitting the 1/2 mile mark

Today I passed the 1/2 mile mark in swimming... Whew! That's the distance I have to hit for my Triathlon. I had been planning on using this as my end of Feb goal (perhaps I'm being a bit too conservative in my goals). Anyway, that's it for today.
