I work in part of Microsoft that has a very unique charter. Our organization is responsible for listening, agreegating, and summarizing key points of feedback from partners and customers across Microsoft Services. If you unfamiliar with Microsoft Services, it is a part of the organization responsible for engaging with customers via support.microsoft.com, Customer Service and Support (think support incidents), and through direct customer consulting services (MCS).

My role is a Principal Lead PM and my team is focused on SQL and Developer Technologies.
