One other thing I just now noticed... all of the menus and overlays have a cool transparency effect where you can still see the map behind them. It is really subtle, but a nice touch! Good job guys! Oh yeah, and it looks like it might just be falling...

Stuart Padley , a Test Lead here in the SQL Server Engine team, posts about loading XML documents using a SQLCLR User Defined Function . It's good stuff and demonstrates an interesting way to overcome one shortcoming of OPENROWSET.
