I found this site very interesting: Pimp My CRM with over 126 add-ons to peruse. I can't vouch for their apps, but at the very least they could be a starting point for your solution.
Can I say how much I dislike the overuse of Pimp? That will never be an attractive term for most of us methinks. Unfortunately the use of the term in ubiquitous in the beginning of the 21st century. Maybe I'm just getting old. ;o)
