DayONE will be kicked off with a General Session featuring Microsoft executive Bill Patterson, Director, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. During this session you will join fellow Microsoft Dynamics CRM users and CRMUG members for a fast-paced kick-off to Convergence! This will be an informative and entertaining session that helps you leverage your time at Convergence to the fullest, jump start your networking activities, get updates on the latest user group benefits and resources, and more.
