The Shared Learning Collaborative Camp, to be held at the Microsoft offices in Cambridge this coming weekend, aims to bring together nearly 200 educators and technologists to collaborate on building applications and experiences that leverage the SLC API and data services to be released later this year.
At the event, you’ll hear from multiple speakers at the Collaborative to learn about the various scenarios enabled by the services, and you’ll have the opportunity to attend workshops to learn about the various aspects of the platform. That’s followed by formation into groups of common interests and passions to build modules and applications that will enhance the ecosystem of a platform that’s targeted to reach as many as 12 million educators and students!
Who should come? Anyone with a passion for technology and/or education and who is willing to be an active participant and contributor is encouraged to register. The event is free and meals and snacks are provided!
When and where? The event spans two days and two buildings on the Microsoft New England campus.
Saturday, Sept. 29th – 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.+ at the Microsoft Office, 1 Cambridge Center, Cambridge MA Sunday, Sept. 30th – 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the New England Research and Development (NERD) Center, 1 Memorial Drive, Cambridge MA
