I started this blog as part of my commitment to sharing knowledge with my peers and customers. Working as a Support Engineer at Microsoft I have the unique opportunity of seeing dozens of support cases each week. More often than not, the issues we see have been solved numerous times in the past. I hope to use this blog as something of a repository of common solutions, troubleshooting steps, tools, and other resources relative to IIS and ASP.NET for the benefit of my customers, my colleagues and myself.
