Vacation starts tomorrow for me so I'll most likely be going dark the week. I guess this is sort of a blog OOF.  When I return I begin my two week “whirlwind tour” to talk separately to the heads of all 16 groups that make up Visual Studio.  I'm looking forward to getting their opinions of how each team can best connect and become increasingly transparent to more customers.  It should prove exciting work.
